Sermon Coach is a software tool built for wedding and event florists. It is operated by Matthew Headley, trading as Headley Web & SEO, Jacksonville, Alabama. Questions: matt@headleyweb.com.
Sermon Coach is a Socratic sermon preparation tool. It guides pastors through homiletical methodology via structured questions, voice profile analysis, and a gated coaching workflow. AI features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude API. Sermon Coach does not write sermons on your behalf.
You must create an account to use Sermon Coach. Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues through the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Free trial periods (if offered) convert automatically to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
Your sermons, voice profile, and coaching conversations belong to you. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it or use it to train AI models. We do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time. If you cancel your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Sermon Coach is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy of AI-generated coaching questions, evaluations, or drafts. All theological content is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Sermon Coach is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
